He plays a vital role in developing strategic partnerships and major project initiatives. Erik’s understanding of local market issues facing today's companies coupled with his ability to provide common sense solutions adds direct value to LINX clients, assuring the best customer experience possible. Erik’s well rounded knowledge base is derived from over 16 years of industry experience covering Operations, Design & Engineering, Sales, and Management. He has a Business Degree from the University of Colorado and holds the prestigious Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) Certification. |

Troy Brumley

Maintaining excellence and continuing to build strong partnerships is a key part of Troy’s role at LINX. Troy leads Marketing initiatives to insure that they reflect LINX and its promise to its customers. As a member of the Senior Management Team and one of the principals, Troy ensures that the LINX team focus is unified and clearly centered on providing the best customer experience and unmatched workmanship on each and every project. Troy has 12 years experience in our industry and holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from the University of Northern Colorado. |

Jay Dzialo, RCDD
Operations, Partner
Jay has 12 years experience in project management and 17 years experience in our industry and holds the prestigious Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) Certification. Jay joined our team at inception and is one of the principal partners. Jay has a “Make It Happen” attitude that makes working with him inspiring and motivating. His primary goal in managing the LINX operations and project management team on each project is to make certain our clients happy… every time. Jay has been the Senior Project Manager on numerous, large-scale structured cabling projects for customers such as Duke Energy, University Hospital, Denver Health, The Children’s Hospital, Compaq/HP, Merrill Lynch, Level 3 and Oracle. Jay’s experiences in the Marine Corps and in project management are clearly an asset for our team.

Dennis Mason
Sales, Partner
Dennis has more than 16 years experience in our industry, and holds the prestigious Bicsi “Technician” certification. Primarily working out of our Colorado Springs, CO location, Dennis joined our team in February 2003 and is one of the company's principal partners. Dennis began his career as a technician in 1992 and rapidly moved into a leadership role in which he has thrived since then. Dennis has served as Senior Project Manager in charge of many large structured cabling projects for customers such as Memorial Health Systems, Adelphia, Boeing, Academy School District-20, Oracle, Compaq/HP, Quantum, Fluke and MCI. Dennis is an experienced project manager who will facilitate each project smoothly and efficiently. Dennis’ experiences working as a technician in the field and in project management make him uniquely qualified to manage even the most complex of projects. |

Del Daily
Design & Engineering, Partner
Del has over 12 years experience in estimating and holds several design certifications, including completion of the Corning Cable Systems TS LAN Design 500 course. Del has provided accurate estimates for a number of projects in Colorado valued at over $500k. Del it particularly talented when working closely with our customers to complete bids in a time-effective manner. Del has executed bid and design materials for companies such as: Hewlett Packard, Oracle, Compaq, First Data, StorageTek, Intel, Agilent, Boulder Community Hospital, Inovant Data Center, Denver Health, and The Children’s Hospital among others.

Tom Berg, RCDD
Operations Manager
Tom has 9 years experience in project management and 13 years experience in our industry. Tom also currently holds the prestigious Registered Cabling Distribution Designer (RCDD) Certification. Tom brings tremendous experience to the LINX team in working with large general contractors such as M.A. Mortensen, Helsel Phelps and Weitz to facilitate project competition in a timely and cost-effective manner. Tom especially excels in successfully executing large and complex structured cabling projects for customers such as Amgen, ICG, Lucent, CH2MHill, T-Mobile, Agilent, HP, University Hospital, and Exempla Hospital. Tom is certified in a professional project management delivery system called (PDS) which he often utilizes to effectively manage all the intricacies of the substantial projects he supervises. |
