Project Management     Tom Berg, RCDD Senior Project Manager Tom has 9 years experience in project management and 13 years experience in our industry. Tom also currently holds the prestigious Registered Cabling Distribution Designer (RCDD) Certification.  Tom brings tremendous experience to the LINX team in working with large general contractors such as M.A. Mortensen, Helsel Phelps and Weitz to facilitate project competition in a timely and cost-effective manner.  Tom especially excels in successfully executing large and complex structured cabling projects for customers such as Amgen, ICG, Lucent, CH2MHill, T-Mobile, Agilent, HP, University Hospital, and Exempla Hospital.  Tom is certified in a professional project management delivery system called (PDS) which he often utilizes to effectively manage all the intricacies of the substantial projects he supervises.         Jeff Ringwood, RCDD Project Manager With over 10 years experience working as a Project Manager in the industry, Jeff is a highly-valued asset to the LINX team.  Jeff’s “Play to Win” attitude has greatly contributed to his success in meeting each client’s unique needs and executing each project with the highest regard for quality and timely delivery.  Jeff has managed large structured cabling projects for customers such as Amgen, T-Mobile, Kaiser, Hewlett Packard, Regis University, Target, Coliant and IKON.  Jeff also currently holds the prestigious Registered Cabling Distribution Designer (RCDD) Certification.  Jeff has a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Utah as well as many other certifications in the cabling industry.         Norm Meis Project Manager Norm has 26 years experience in our industry, with 22 years as a project manager. Norm takes pride in doing “Whatever it takes” to successfully execute every project he manages—always focusing on creating the best customer experience for every customer, everyday.  He is firmly centered on completing projects with the highest quality standards in mind.  Norm has lead the way as Project Manager for projects with customers such as FRE Resources/DirecTV, University Hospital Info Crossing, GE Access, Noble Energy, Integer, SONY, Reed Business Information, Information Handling Systems (I.H.S.), Service Source and Acosta.  Norm also currently holds the prestigious Bicsi “Technician” certification.  Norm has a Bachelor of Art in Accounting as well as many other certifications in the cabling industry.         Duane Joyce Project Manager Duane has 10 years experience in the structured cabling industry with 2 years as a Project Manager.  He currently holds the  prestigious Bicsi “Technician” certification.  Duane first joined our team in February of 2002 and has continued to sharpened his skills as the lead Project Manager on The Children’s Hospital Fitzsimons Campus project among others.  Duane has an extensive cabling background including a great deal of  experience installing large structured cabling projects for customers such as Reed Business Information, Catholic Health Initiatives, Quest Diagnostics, Oracle, Compaq/HP, Quantum, MCI, Kaiser Permanente, Intel, and Denver Health.  Duane’s greatest strength is his ability to understand the needs of each unique customer and offer valuable engineering propositions to maximize efficiencies.         Doug Linville Project Manager   Doug has 9 years experience in the structured cabling industry and holds the prestigious Bicsi “Technician” certification among other prominent industry certifications.  Doug began his career as a technician in 1998 and rapidly moved into a leadership role.  He has since excelled as a Project Manager and valuable member of the LINX team. Doug has executed large structured cabling projects for customers such as Compaq/HP, Intel, Inovant (Data Center), Memorial Health Systems (Memorial Hospitals– North and Central locations), MCI, Academy School District 20, Fluke Networks, and Progressive Data Center.  Doug has specialized, expert knowledge in fiber optic installations.
