Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Ability to perform all the essential functions of a Lead Technician
- Ensures that all technical, quality, cost and profitability objectives are met while maintaining top level customer satisfaction
- Some account management responsibility, including ensuring customer satisfaction, customer interaction, collections assistance, account maintenance, invoicing, & quality
- Participates in project pre- and post- bid activities & meetings with Sales and Management
- Required to perform project management tasks and to meet or exceed all LINX customer time lines and profitability requirements for all assigned projects/ tasks
- Ensures compliance will all LINX/Customer contractual obligations
- Hire and train staff to maintain appropriate skill and volume levels
- Provides and reviews estimates as required
- Development and execution of change orders per LINX/Customer requirements
- Supervise all on-site project personnel
- Quality assures projects in accordance with LINX and industry quality standards
- Responsible for materials management
- Maintain Project Journal
- Ensure compliance with all HR, Safety, and company policies and procedures
- Responsible for compliance with the Project completion check list and all other LINX/Customer project related documentation
- Maintains professional internal relationships with other staff members (purchasing, accounting, sales, etc.)
- Conducts technical training classes as required

Technical
- Installer Level 2 BICSI certified & Level 1 OJT
- BICSI certified Technician & L2 Installer OJT & PMI; PMP course work (Preferred)
- Mastery of all tools & equipment required
- Ability to write change orders w/o mistakes
- Ability to create project plans
- Materials management
- Quality control audit scores
- Quality of work on assigned projects
- Advanced ability to interpret Scope of Work & Bill of Materials
- Can estimate small jobs
- WIP Report Management
