Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Computer literate (MS Outlook, Project, Excel, Word proficient)
- Conducts effective group meetings
- Conducts performance reviews, counseling, career path planning and coaching for all direct reports
- Conducts regular employee and supervisor meetings
- Conducts site visits and meets with customers on a regular basis
- Consistently monitors and manages job cost through Work in Progress reports and other reports
- Development, improvement and implementation of company processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all HR, Safety, and company policies and procedures
- Ensures compliance with LINX techniques and practices
- Ensures that all technical and quality objectives, revenue and profitability goals are met while maintaining top level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensures that positive customer relationships are maintained on all projects
- Hire and train staff to maintain appropriate skill and volume levels as approved by Sr. Manager
- Interfaces and assists Sales department and personnel with sales related objectives and activities
- Interfaces with and assists in accomplishing corporation's overall objectives
- Maintains professional internal and external relationships
- Makes effective presentations
- Manages up to 20 direct reports
- Overall customer responsibility; including customer satisfaction, customer interaction, quality, AR and collections assistance, account maintenance, invoicing, & profitability
- Overall responsible for asset management and asset tracking for assigned area of operations
- Responsible for assisting in the development and management of assigned approved budget
- Responsible for identifying and coordinating all training needs, employee development and retention
- Responsible for reporting customer satisfaction level, service level agreements (SLA) status and project development on a regular basis
- Utilizes in-depth technical knowledge in all phases of operations
