LINX Client: Fluke Networks

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Leading the Way:

Fluke Networks is the industry leader in providing "innovative solutions for testing, monitoring and analysis of enterprise and telecommunications networks and the installation and certification of the fiber and copper foundation of those networks."  —www.flukenetworks.com

Account Overview & Scope:

LINX was honored to have been chosen to provide network infrastructure services for a leader in our industry, Fluke Networks.  Fluke Networks technologies allow us to test and ensure the most efficient connection possible for all of our cable terminations for every project.  In providing the network infrastructure for a Fluke testing center, we were especially focused on providing a solution that would be adaptable for future applications in such a dynamic environment.  Not surprisingly, we thoroughly tested and documented our work at the Colorado Springs, CO Fluke Networks location using Fluke DTX 1800 testers.

The work LINX successfully executed for Fluke Networks presented a challenge because the project was completed at a working facility.  Due to the high demand for connectivity at such a technology-focused company, even minimal down time was simply not an option.  Fluke was pleased to find that LINX was able to complete the project on schedule and without disrupting work productivity.  LINX expert designers were thrilled to work with the team at Fluke Networks because the focus was on completing the project using some of the latest technologies.
LINX was praised for the quality craftsmanship of each finished termination and the attention to detail in the neatly segregated cable bundles.  This praise meant a great deal to all of us at LINX because it came from such innovators in our industry.  Functionally, the installation (including cable bundles tied with Velcro wraps) was especially successful because the installation was flexible and adaptable for future changes.
