- We survey clients. We seek candid customer feedback from project performance to help us understand where we excel and how we can provide even better service. Surveys are based on our Gold Star Service program that defines 8 key area of customer service.
- We incentivize our employees based on their scores on client surveys, and we hold each employee accountable to these standards.
- We review and train. We share survey feedback during employee training sessions and company meetings. We celebrate our high scores and work on any improvement opportunities.
We’re getting it right. Our clients tell us that our internal focus on the overall client experience is working. Our survey results average a rating of 9.2 out of 10, and LINX’s tremendous growth is largely coming from repeat and referral client business. In 2003, a group of high-performers in the telecommunications-industry banded together to create LINX, a network cabling company that provided superior service and a wealth of industry resources for clients—a company that clients could trust with their most critical systems. Since 2003, LINX has grown to more than 300 employees, expanded our services to offer audio visual and security services, as well as structured cabling, and been recognized numerous times by Inc. Magazine and the Denver Business Journal as a growing company. LINX completes an average of 6000 projects per year.
Our growth came from a variety of avenues, including: strategic planning based on economic growth factors, new business through our reputation for excellence and three company acquisitions, as well as the tremendous business success of our clients that led to repeat business for us.
