Wireless:

Design

Support

Most networks in today's environment includes a wireless component.  Whether you need to connect several devices at one location or develop an entire wireless network comprised of multiple locations, LINX will design, implement and support the best solution to help you achieve maximum efficiency.

Our DESIGN Process:

The primary step in understanding your needs is to actively listen to each of your concerns and further examine our understanding of your project requirements to ensure that we are all in agreement as to the best course of action.  We will conduct a comprehensive needs analysis before making any recommendations on a solution that will meet your unique project requirements.

One of our 9 Registered Communications Distribution Designers (RCDD) (that's right--9) will methodically review and confirm all project requirements.  The RCDD designation is recognized industry-wide as an indicator of superior design expertise.  An RCDD must complete a structured program of continuing education with a registration renewal required every three years.  Our RCDD staff has over 55 years of combined experience in the structured cabling industry.

We will provide you with a clear and complete disclosure of all information related to the project.  This includes, but is not limited to, product and pricing information, lead times, and terms and conditions.  We focus on delivering solutions that maximize efficiency and quality, never using high-pressure sales approach to communicate our vision. We serve as your advocates for in all negotiations with cabling manufacturers and distributors regarding pricing and terms.

How we BUILD it:

PRE-PROJECT PLANNING & COMMUNICATION
A pre-installation meeting will be set to introduce the project team leaders and to agree on an effective implementation schedule that corresponds to all deadlines.  We will review the entire network cabling configuration to ensure accuracy before the project begins.  The project Scope of Work will be reviewed with you in detail to confirm methodologies, logistics and terms and conditions.  Pricing will be reviewed thoroughly and clearly agreed upon before the project is underway.

PROJECT EXECUTION
“Baseline project planning deliverables” are the focal point of any LINX project.  These deliverables include: a detailed Scope of Work, Schedule, Cost, Quality & Communication throughout.  When changes occur which are not anticipated as part of the initial project plan, LINX effectively manages and documents these changes.

PROJECT CLOSURE
The project close-out process is performed to formalize acceptance of the project or phase and bring the project to an orderly conclusion.  Project close-out actually begins during the initiation phase when high-level project scope, schedule, cost and quality objectives are identified as the key measurements for project performance.  The contract close-out portion of this process formally acknowledges completion of LINX contract deliverables, and delivery of equipment and materials.  This includes a Post-project review meeting for presentation of final results and documentation.
